Pray for Sound Teaching.

2 Timothy 1:13-14 What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you–guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us. 

Thank God for giving his church the gift of teachers. Thank him for the teachers who have made spiritual truths clear to you. Ask that he continue to raise up people who are able to teach truth. Ask him to help teachers discern lies and help guard from deception that could lead people astray. Ask that teachers are given the ability to communicate truth in a faithful and loving way. Ask that God give the people of Medina East a desire to learn and grow in a knowledge of the truth. Ask that many people come to greater clarity about God through the Equipping Division and other efforts to teach Biblical truth. Pray for a desire to teach and instruct future generations in sound doctrine and for lives to be transformed as a result of understanding and genuinely interacting with the truth of who Christ is and what he wants for his followers.
