Pray for Leadership Development.

2 Timothy 2:1-2: You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus, and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also. 

Pray for faithful men and women in Christ to come forward and become equipped to lead His church and His people. Pray for the development of those faithful men and women through internships, residencies, disciple-making, and other training and equipping avenues we provide as the church. Pray for the development of our Life Group leaders, support leaders, and all other ministry leaders.
