EQUIPPING DIVISION COURSES
We believe strongly in the Ephesians 4 truth that Christ desires Christians to be equipped for effective ministry. The EQUIPPING DIVISION houses courses designed to practically resource and train to that end. Since its launch in Fall 2018, over 600 students have enrolled in our courses and we look forward to celebrating as God continues to raise up servant-leaders and workers.

Discovering Relational Wisdom
Life is all about relationships! Relational wisdom®, in essence, is the desire and ability to live out Jesus’ two Great Commandments, namely, to love God with all your heart and to love your neighbor as yourself. Relational wisdom can also be defined as your ability to discern emotions, interests and abilities in yourself and others, to interpret this information in light of God’s Word, and to use these insights to manage your responses and relationships successfully.
We can experience stronger relationships. In this eight-week course, we will gain skills to aid us toward less conflict at home, at church, and in our workplaces while growing in our abilities toward team-building, more robust and compelling family relationships, increased effectiveness at work and in our community, and an increasingly winsome, and credible witness for Jesus.
Join us as we cultivate and improve our relational skills and capacity toward greater love!
How Do Christians Grow?
Once we have been born spiritually, it is God’s will for us to grow toward spiritual maturity. The heart of spiritual growth is a personal love-trust relationship with Jesus where this relationship develops and reveals itself in concrete ways that you and others can recognize! In this class, you will gain an understanding of God’s part and our part in spiritual growth, laying a foundation for living by grace while being conformed to the image of Christ. Students will see that spiritual maturity happens in community and is both optimistic and realistic, with an ultimate result of glorifying God while experiencing increasing joy.
