Grace Church Medina East Campus in partnership with Remembrance Hospice of Medina welcomes you to join us for an evening of remembering loss that we have experienced this last year.

 Whether you’ve lost a friend, loved one or family member, entering into the holiday season can be a difficult time.

 The evening will provide a space for our community to celebrate and grieve loss through song, testimony, personal reflection and a message of hope from a pastor and prayer.

The link below will also enable you an opportunity to submit a brief memory and photo to be added to our slideshow in honor of your loved one. We are able to take submissions until Wednesday, December 6th.
