RSVP FOR IN-PERSON SERVICES

The governor has currently mandated that all individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times. Our staff and volunteers will continue to wear masks or face coverings indoors as well.

FAQ’s

What can I expect in the Auditorium?

In an effort to prefer others, in the Auditorium we have limited capacities for each service time. We have moderately social distanced the rows of chairs and are asking people to find seating together as a family and leave two seats between families.

What can I expect in the Outdoor Tent Venue?

The outdoor venue will show the live sermon feed from the indoor venue, as well as live worship. We have some picnic tables, but bring a lawn chair or blanket. It will be a family-friendly atmosphere. There will be no parking available behind the building. The tent will be available through Sunday, September 27. Why? … Ohio weather 🙂

Will the Outdoor Tent Venue close during inclement weather?

The Outdoor Venue will be closed if severe weather is impending.  If you or your family are uncomfortable with weather conditions at service time, enjoy the livestream on Sundays @11:15am.  Stay up to date on changing weather conditions when selecting the Outdoor Venue. The Outdoor Venue will be available through Sunday, September 27. Why? … Ohio Weather.

Will there be singing?

Our goal is to create our Grace Church experience as close to normal as possible. We will be singing and worshiping together during our services. The full band returns beginning Saturday, September 19!

Will there be programming for my children?

We are not offering in-person POWER Kids programming at this time, but resources are available at the POWER Kids Tent at the main entrance and you can enjoy in-person services as a family.

Will there be programming for my middle-schoolers?

Yes, EPIC (6th-8th grade) is offered on Saturdays at 6pm and Sundays at 11:15am in the Upper Room. Space is limited to allow for smaller group sizes. Same great fun and teaching is happening.

Will giving baskets be passed?

We will not be passing giving baskets in service during this time.  You may give online here or text GIVE to 844-806-4608 and follow the prompts.

You can also drop your giving in the black tubes located in the Auditorium or in the Outdoor Tent Venue in the backyard.

Will masks be required?

Under the current government orders effective July 23, services in our indoor venue are mask or face covering required. Our staff and volunteers will continue to wear masks or face coverings indoors as well. We ask that you pay attention to the Ohio Public Health Advisory System or other orders from the government and navigate those appropriately.

Are we cleaning in between services?

Yes, we have spaced out the start times of our services to allow time to clean in between each service before we allow the next service attendees to enter the building.

What if I am not comfortable returning to in-person services?

No problem!  We begin livestreaming our 11:15am services Sunday, September 20. If you miss the 11:15am service, the message will be posted on Monday following the weekend service.

Is there anything I should bring?

Coffee and tea returns Saturday, September 19. Bottled water is provided also. If you are in the Outdoor Venue, we have some picnic tables, but you are welcome to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. And don’t forget your Bible! The tent will be available through Sunday, September 27. Why? …Ohio Weather…
